  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, dust bags, and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
